The Special Investigation Team (SIT) arrested three youths and seized 2 kg of RDX explosives from them. These explosives were sent from Pakistan. There was a plot to carry out bomb blasts in various locations, including Rajasthan and Delhi, using these materials.
Two of the accused, Suhail and Raj Valimiki, were friends and knew each other from Delhi.
