26/11 Mumbai attack was orchestrated jointly by the Congress and the ISI: RVS Mani

  • Former Under Secretary in the Union Home Ministry RVS Mani makes the allegation

  • Also claims that the capture of terrorist Kasab alive foiled the ‘Hindu terrorism’ narrative

New Delhi – Former Under Secretary in the Union Home Ministry, RVS Mani, has alleged that the 26/11 jihadi terrorist attack in Mumbai on 26th November 2008 was a “fixed match” between the Congress and Pakistan’s intelligence agency, the ISI. He claimed that had Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab not been captured alive, an attempt could have been made to divert the narrative of the attack towards “Hindu terrorism”.

No case of ‘Hindu terrorism’ had ever been registered

Making allegations against Congress leader Digvijaya Singh, Mani said that in 2006, Digvijaya Singh had sought information from him regarding cases related to Hindu terrorism. However, at that time, no such case had been recorded in the records of the Home Ministry. He further claimed that until 2010, the term “Hindu terrorism” did not exist in the Ministry’s official records.

Attempt was made to target Modi and Shah in the Ishrat Jahan case!

Mani also referred to the Ishrat Jahan case and claimed that it was an attempt to target the then Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and the then Minister of State for Home Amit Shah.

Editorial Perspective

The BJP-led Union Government should conduct a thorough enquiry into these allegations and bring the truth before the public. If what Mani has stated is proven to be true, then nationalist and devout Hindus believe that the Congress should be banned and those responsible should be imprisoned and hanged by the Court of law.
