File sedition charges against anyone threatening Hindus over the Pahalgam protests : BJP leader Kirit Somaiya
Why must citizens or leaders call for action when law enforcement should be acting on its own initiative ?
Why must citizens or leaders call for action when law enforcement should be acting on its own initiative ?
Since 2016, Mumbai High Court has issued clear instructions 38 times and expressed displeasure over the delay by the State Government in taking action.
This used to happen in Kashmir as well. Hence, it is now necessary to issue a nationwide order to remove loudspeakers from all mosques. The Union government must take action in this regard.
Any violation of these regulations will attract a fine of ₹10,000 and confiscation of the equipment involved.
The Bombay High Court minced no words in underscoring that no religion sanctions the use of loudspeakers to disturb others !
The Police are not aware of this or they have deliberately ignored it ? Action should be taken against such officers – Editor.
If the Muslims believed that the temple’s loudspeaker exceeded the permissible noise limit, why didn’t they lodge a complaint with the police ? Had they done so, police would have investigated the matter.
If this is possible in Uttar Pradesh, why isn’t it happening across the entire country ? With the BJP in power at the Centre and in 18 states, Hindus feel this should not be difficult.
If this can happen in Sambhal then it is time that it was implemented country wide. The law- abiding Hindus feel that that with BJP government in the Centre and in more than 18 States this is not impossible.
The Police must also check whether the notice is being followed, and if not, act against such Mosques.
