If the Muslims believed that the temple’s loudspeaker exceeded the permissible noise limit, why didn’t they lodge a complaint with the police ? Had they done so, police would have investigated the matter.
If this is possible in Uttar Pradesh, why isn’t it happening across the entire country ? With the BJP in power at the Centre and in 18 states, Hindus feel this should not be difficult.
If this can happen in Sambhal then it is time that it was implemented country wide. The law- abiding Hindus feel that that with BJP government in the Centre and in more than 18 States this is not impossible.
The Police must also check whether the notice is being followed, and if not, act against such Mosques.
Using loudspeakers for prayers or religious discourse is not an essential part of any religion, Bombay High Court clarifies
Does the administration not listen the Courts as well ? The Court should order action against the concerned administrative and Police officials.
This is yet another example of how the loudspeakers on the mosques are used not only for azan (call to prayer) but also to gather Muslims for anti-national activities.
