SC slams Delhi Govt and Police over bursting of firecrackers during Diwali despite a ban

The Delhi Police have been assigned the task of strictly enforcing this ban and are required to submit daily reports to the DPCC.
The Haridwar Police has warned that the loudspeakers will be removed and fines will also be imposed if any violation of the rule is found.
This action has been taken at the religious places of all faiths but it is said that the number of mosques is the highest. This campaign will continue till 22nd December.
In many cities including Delhi, the capital city, air pollution has exceeded hazardous levels already; but the citizens seem to have ignored this fact and continue to burst firecrackers.
Recording decibels and noise pollution only during Hindu festivals, and overlooking the noise pollution caused throughout the year by mosque loudspeakers is a clear case of discrimination.
Will the administration ever issue a notice for the noise pollution by the mosques ?
The concerned department has been given orders to take strict action with respect to the observation of the rules regarding sound levels.
