The education authorities have ordered the schools in Ujjain and Shajapur in Madhya Pradesh to seek the permission of the parents before making them dress up like Santa Claus.
According to the new rules made by the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) administration, violence, hunger strikes or agitation by students in the university premises will invite a fine of Rs 20,000.
