Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh) – The education authorities have ordered the schools in Ujjain and Shajapur in Madhya Pradesh to seek the permission of the parents before making them dress up like Santa Claus. The order states that if there is a dispute about making a student dress up like Santa Claus without permission, then the concerned school will be held responsible for it.
Schools organise programmes during the Christmas season. At that time, the students are dressed in different costumes. The Education Officer has given the above order against this backdrop.
