Using these ties, Prime Minister Modi prevented Putin from using nuclear weapons against Ukraine towards the end of 2022, thereby saving the world from a major crisis, claimed Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Wladyslaw Teofil Bartoszewski. He was speaking at a press conference following the meeting of the India-Poland Joint Economic Commission held in New Delhi.
