Washington, D.C. (US) – US President Donald Trump has withdrawn his decision to impose a 20% levy on vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz. He decided to withdraw the levy after discussions with the leaders of the Gulf countries. Trump said that the new trade and investment agreements with the Gulf countries would bring substantial investment into the United States, lead to the establishment of new factories, and create millions of jobs.
