Aurangzeb vandalised the Gyanvapi temple because some Pandits abused his wives : Bhalchandra Nemade

Anti-Hindu writer Bhalchandra Nemade

Mumbai – Anti-Hindu writer Bhalchandra Nemade has made a bizarre statement. He said, ‘Aurangzeb’s 2 wives visited Kashi Vishweshwar, but they never returned. The pandits of the temple used to abuse the women by taking them to the basement. After Aurangzeb learnt this, he vandalised the temple. He killed some because he did not want such people. Later, historians noted that Aurangzeb was anti-Hindu’. (Government should put such writers behind bars for glorifying Aurangzeb who brutally killed Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj! – Editor) Nemade was speaking at the closing ceremony of the centenary silver anniversary of the Mumbai Marathi Granth Museum on 5th August. National President of NCP Sharad Pawar was also present on this occasion. Bhalchandra Nemade’s statement is being widely criticised on social media.

Nemade criticises the Peshwas with vulgarity!

The British came to teach the Peshwas a lesson. They were wicked too, but they were less wicked than the Peshwas. During Aurangzeb’s time, many queens of Muslim kings were Hindus. There was no Hindu-Muslim discrimination at that time. Shah Jahan’s mother was a Hindu. Over 50% of Aurangzeb’s army was Hindu. All the Peshwas at that time were not only wicked but also of low character. Wherever this Nanasaheb Peshwa went, he used to ask minor girls to be kept ‘ready’. I have read these letters written by Nanasaheb Peshwa. So, understand the real history. (Those who criticise the Peshwas purely based on Brahmin hatred are creating ideological pollution in society! – Editor)

Shivaji Maharaj trusted Muslims more than Hindus!

Shivaji’s chief commander was a Muslim. He had no faith in his people (Hindus). At that time, there was no Hindu-Muslim discrimination, Nemade said.

Speaking about Bhalchandra Nemade’s statement, Minister Girish Mahajan said, ‘I don’t understand from where Nemade brought this wrong history. Making baseless claims due to old age is beyond tolerance’.

Responding to Nemade’s statement, Shivsena spokesperson Sanjiv Bhor Patil said, ‘After the death of Shahajiraje Bhosale, Rajmata Jijabai did not go sati. Many such examples can be seen in history, but it is wrong to attribute this social work to Aurangzeb. People like Prakash Ambedkar and Bhalchandra Nemade are glorifying Aurangzeb’.

Editorial Viewpoint

Bhalchandra Nemade is nothing but an ideological terrorist who has rubbed salt in the wounds of Hindus by making such baseless and false statements! Communists have cooked this fake history to hide Aurangzeb’s misdeeds and glorify him. Nemade is just following suit!
