Minor girl murdered by a young man in Kandivali over one-sided love !

Mumbai – In Kandivali East, Suraj Vaghmare (22) brutally murdered a minor girl studying in Class 12 over one-sided love. Suraj had been pressuring the victim to enter into a relationship with him. He was also mentally harassing her by threatening to commit suicide.

1. The investigation revealed that the accused had been pressuring the victim for several days to enter into a relationship with him. He had been mentally harassing her by threatening to commit suicide.

2. The girl’s family had earlier lodged a complaint with the Samata Nagar Police. At that time, the Police had taken the accused into custody; however, the family did not register a formal complaint because they did not want to ruin his future. Consequently, the Police released him.

3. A few days later, the girl went missing. When her family went to the accused’s house, he pretended to know nothing about her disappearance. Later, her body was found in a forest.

4. Following the Police investigation, it was established that Suraj had committed the murder over one-sided love. He had stabbed the victim in the face more than 16 times with a knife.
