Realisation after 18 years that the words of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale are Brahmavakya !

1. The organisation of the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’ taking place smoothly due to the grace of Gurudev

From 17 to 19 May 2025, the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’ was organised by Sanatan Sanstha in Ponda, Goa. Over 30,000 people attended it. It was the first time that Sanatan had organised a residential programme of such a large scale continuously for three days. Arrangements for accommodation, meals and transport for all attendees were made by the Sanstha. It was only due to the grace of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Athavale (Gurudev) that such a massive event was conducted smoothly and without obstacles.

2. In 2007, when difficulties regarding the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabhas in Mumbai were presented, Gurudev reassured everyone – ‘God will provide the bedding you need to stretch your legs’

Regarding the expense for the Mahotsav, I remembered a point stated by Gurudev in 2007. That year, the first Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha had been organised in Mumbai. After estimating its expenses, it became clear that several lakh Rupees would be required and a large number of seekers would also be needed. However, the seekers did not possess such organisational experience at that time.

When this matter was placed before Gurudev and He was asked what should be done, He replied, “There is a Marathi proverb (which means) – ‘One should stretch one’s legs according to the size of one’s bedding’; however, you should not think in that manner. God will provide the bedding you need to stretch your legs. Therefore, do not worry”. I experienced the truth of this statement in every meeting that followed.

3. All the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabhas conducted so far have taken place smoothly and without obstacles

There was never any shortage of funds for Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabhas. Society contributed the required amount. When the number of seekers available for satseva was less, relatives of seekers from North India and South India, as well as devout followers of Dharma, also assisted. Therefore, all the meetings were conducted smoothly and without obstacles.

4. The Shankhnad Mahotsav was also conducted effortlessly due to spontaneous donations from society and seekers skilfully handled their responsibilities

Compared to the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabhas, the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav required financial assistance on a much larger scale. However, by God’s grace, donations were received spontaneously from society. The seekers also handled numerous responsibilities skilfully, due to which such a large event was conducted with ease.

From the above example, it became evident that the statement Gurudev made in 2007 was truly a ‘Brahmavakya’ (Sentence uttered by Deity Brahma, meaning the ultimate Truth).
