It is a very happy moment that the CBI Special Court in Pune has acquitted Dr Virendra Singh Tawde, Mr Vikram Bhave, and Advocate Sanjeev Punalekar in the case of murder of Dr Dabholakar. Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti were implicated under false allegations.
The court has held Sharad Kalaskar and Sanchin Andure guilty in this case; hence, it is necessary to appeal against this in the Bombay High Court. The accused Kalaskar and Andure will also be proven innocent in the Bombay High Court.
