Scientific study conducted by Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay (MAV) using the Bio-well GDV device
To provide a protective shield to sacred Bharat (India) during the present wartime and for its all-round progress, the Shri Rajamatangi Mahayajna was organised by Sanatan Sanstha. On 17.5.2026, this Chaitanya-enriched Mahayajna was performed at Prabhadevi, Mumbai from 3 p.m. to 7.45 p.m. in the venerable presence of the Spiritual Heirs of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale – Shrisatshakti (Mrs) Binda Nilesh Singbal and Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Mukul Gadgil, as well as Sanatan’s Sadgurus and Saints. Over 8,000 Hindus benefited spiritually from this Chaitanya-imparting Mahayajna through direct participation, while over 58,000 people from 40 countries benefited through Online viewing.

A study was conducted by MAV to understand the effect that the Yajna had on the Kundalini-chakras of seeker Mrs Anushree Salunkhe (who is at the spiritual level of 66%) who watched this Mahayajna Online from Sanatan’s Ashram in Goa. For this purpose, readings were taken using the scientific device Bio-well GDV (Note 1) at 2.49 p.m. (before the commencement of the Yajna) and at 5.45 p.m. (2 hours after the Yajna commenced at 3.45 p.m.). This device is useful for studying the state of an individual’s Kundalini-chakras.
1. Useful points for understanding the size and position of the seven chakras in the images obtained through the Bio-well GDV device
To understand the state of the individual’s Kundalini-chakras, computer-generated images captured through the camera in the Bio-well GDV device before and after the commencement of the Mahayajna are given ahead. In these images, the chakras are : 1. Sahasrar, 2. Ajna, 3. Vishuddha, 4. Anahat, 5. Manipur, 6. Swadhishthan, 7.Muladhar.
1A. Shape of the chakra : If the shape of a chakra in the computer-generated image obtained through the Bio-well GDV device is appropriate, it implies that the organs associated with that chakra are receiving the required quantity of subtle energy from it.
1B. State of the chakra : If a chakra appears on or near the central line in the image obtained through the Bio-well GDV device, it implies that the chakra is in a balanced state.
1C. Function of the chakras : Generally, the lower 3 chakras – Muladhar, Swadhishthan and Manipur – provide the subtle energy required for physical functioning, whereas the upper 4 chakras – Anahat, Vishuddha, Ajna and Sahasrar – provide the subtle energy required for mental, intellectual and spiritual functioning.
1D. Function of the left and right sides : According to Yogashastra (Science of Yoga), the left side of an individual corresponds to the Ida or Chandranadi (Moon channel), while the right side corresponds to the Pingala or Suryanadi (Sun channel). Chandranadi is cooling in nature, whereas Suryanadi is intense. The left side of the body is conducive to subtle-level functioning, while the right side is conducive to gross-level functioning.
1E. A chakra being to the left or right of the central line : If a chakra appears to the left of the central line, it means that the chakra is inactive (in the nirgun [Non-materialised] state) or that introversion has increased. If a chakra appears to the right of the central line, it means that the chakra is active (in the sagun [Materialised] state) or that extroversion has increased.

Note 1 – Information on the Bio-well GDV device
Researchers led by Dr Konstantin Korotkov from Russia developed the Bio-well device based on ‘Gas Discharge Visualization’ technology. It consists of a camera useful for analysing an individual’s energy and a computerised system. During the analysis, a mild and painless electric impulse is passed through each finger of the individual for less than one second. This stimulates the emission of extremely subtle particles called photons and electrons from the skin. Photographs of the photon emissions from each finger are captured through the camera in the Bio-well GDV device. Based on these photographs, the computerised system provides information on the individual’s energy field and Kundalini-chakras.
2. Comparative study of the effects on each chakra when the lady-seeker watched the live Online telecast of the Mahayajna
Before & After the Yajna (Fig. 1 & 2) effect

3A. Changes observed in the lady-seeker’s Kundalini-chakras 2 hours after the commencement of the Shri Rajamatangi Mahayajna

3A 1. Six out of the seven chakras becoming conducive to imbibing Chaitanya : As the seeker’s chakras imbibed the Chaitanya emitting from the Mahayajna, 6 out of the 7 chakras that were earlier either to the left or right of the central line moved close to the central line. Since these chakras came very close to the Sushumna-nadi (The central channel of the spiritual energy flow system, which extends from the base of the spine to top of the head), they became conducive to imbibing Chaitanya. This is a very positive effect observed from the Mahayajna.
3A 2. Increase in the size of all chakras except the Anahat-chakra : As the lady-seeker’s chakras imbibed the Chaitanya emitting from the Mahayajna, the chakras received energy, resulting in an increase in the size of all 6 chakras except the Anahat-chakra.
3A 3. Reason for the decrease in the size of the Anahat-chakra and it becoming inactive : The Anahat-chakra is associated with an individual’s emotions or bhav (Spiritual emotion). Before the commencement, after arriving for the experiment, the lady-seeker wrote down the following thoughts :
A. Even though it was time for the experiment, the Bio-well GDV device being used was not starting. Thoughts such as – ‘O’ God ! Please let the experiment proceed smoothly – arose in my mind.
Let the readings be recorded correctly’, arose. Later, when the device started on time, the thought, ‘It is only due to God’s grace that the device started’, came to my mind.
B. I had to go in the evening to prepare for the next morning’s breakfast satseva; however, since I was attending the experiment, I had asked another seeker to go in my place. Therefore, the worry that will the seeker actually go for the satseva, appeared in my mind.
C. In the rush to leave for the Mahayajna in the afternoon, I had forgotten to keep the milk in the refrigerator and had left it on the kitchen counter. When I suddenly remembered this, I prayed, ‘O God ! Now You alone take care of it !’
D. I had to visit a doctor regarding a physical distress. The thought, ‘When should I go to the doctor ?’, also came to my mind.
– Mrs Anushree Salunkhe (17.5.2026)
Due to these anxious thoughts, the lady-seeker’s Anahat-chakra had become emotional before the Yajna. Emotional thoughts create a distressing covering on the Anahat-chakra. However, after the commencement of the Yajna, the lady-seeker’s attention became focused on the Yajna. As a result, the anxious thoughts reduced, and due to the positive effect of the Chaitanya from the Yajna, the distressing covering on the Anahat-chakra was removed. Therefore, the size of her Anahat-chakra reduced.
Also, since her attention became focused on the Yajna, the Anahat-chakra became introverted. Due to this introversion, her Anahat-chakra became inactive.
3A 3A. State of the lady-seeker’s mind while the Mahayajna was in progress : While watching the Mahayajna, the lady-seeker had become introverted. At that time, her mind was connected with bhav. This becomes evident from her following spiritual experiences.
1. At times, I felt that Shri Rajamatangidevi was within me. Therefore, I experienced myself in the beautiful form of the adorned Devi.
2. My breathing and chanting were both taking place in the same rhythm.
– Mrs Anushree Salunkhe (17.5.2026)
4. Summary
A. The lady-seeker has been residing in the Ashram and performing spiritual practice for many years. She has no spiritual distress. Also, her spiritual level is 66%. Therefore, the Shri Rajamatangi Mahayajna had a very positive effect on all her chakras.
B. After the lady-seeker watched the Mahayajna Online, the upper 3 chakras related to mental, intellectual and spiritual functioning, as well as the lower 3 chakras related to physical functioning, moved close to the central line and became conducive to imbibing Chaitanya.
C. Since the lady-seeker’s mind became introverted, her Anahat-chakra became inactive.
From this, one can understand how greatly the Shri Rajamatangi Mahayajna must have enhanced the lady-seeker’s success in her daily, worldly as well as spiritual activities. Through this experiment, it became evident how one of the objectives of this Mahayajna – the all-round progress of Bharat (India) – can be accomplished.
