Accused of making allegedly derogatory remarks against a maulana

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – Hindutva leader and Rashtrapade organisation activist Puneeth Kerehalli was arrested by the Bengaluru Police from Hassan. Muslim leader Abdul Razzaq had lodged a police complaint alleging that Kerehalli had made derogatory remarks against a maulana.

Following the complaint, Kerehalli, who had gone there to attend his brother’s wedding ceremony, was arrested and brought to Bengaluru. (Is such action ever taken against Muslims for insulting Hindu saints ? – Editor)
