Disciple Dr Athavale’s life journey is a testimony to Param Pujya Bhaktaraj Maharaj’s blessings ! : Tirtharup Dr (Mrs) Kunda Jayant Athavale

On the 83rd Birth Anniversary of Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, Tirtharup Dr (Mrs) Kunda Jayant Athavale shared a heartfelt message.

She reminisced about various incidents from Her worldly and spiritual life alongside Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale and shared some experiences that highlighted how they consistently experienced the grace of their Guru, Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj (Param Pujya Baba).

Dr (Mrs) Kunda Jayant Athavale said :

1. We performed sadhana (Spiritual practice) as directed by Param Pujya Baba. He inspired us to establish Sanatan Bharatiya Sanskruti Sanstha in 1990.

2. Once, while we were at the residence of Mr Prabhat Kumar in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Param Pujya Baba asked me to sit near one of His feet and Doctor (Disciple Dr Athavale) near the other. He then got a photo clicked. On that occasion, Param Pujya Baba said, “The entire world must know that both of you are my disciples”. Today, the mission of Sanatan has spread across the world, and seekers everywhere know that Dr Athavale is a disciple of Param Pujya Baba.

3. An incident narrated by one of Param Pujya Baba’s disciples, Mrs  Seema Garud – Once, a disciple of Param Pujya Baba was criticising Dr Athavale. At that time, Param Pujya Baba said, “I will show him being worshipped”. Today, Dr Athavale’s photograph is worshipped along with that of the Deities in the homes of Sanatan’s seekers. This is the blessing of Param Pujya Baba.

4. Once, we had gone to Tirupati to attend a marriage ceremony. At that time, Param Pujya Baba said, “Doctor, we must go to the temple”. Mr Prabhat Kumar, the devotee accompanying us,  was surprised.

Param Pujya Baba then said, “The key to Tirupati’s treasury lies with Goddess Padmavati. Let us see if the Goddess gives us something”.

When we reached the Temple, the Arati of Goddess Padmavati was underway. After the Arati, the priests performed Arati of Param Pujya Baba as well.

Surprised, Mr Prabhat Kumar asked the priests, “Why did you do this ?” The priests replied, “Goddess Padmavati told us to perform Param Pujya Baba’s Arati; hence, we obliged”. This clearly shows that the wealth necessary for Sanatan’s mission is being received due to the blessings of Param Pujya Baba.

5. Param Pujya Baba’s Successor, Param Pujya Ramanand Maharaj, also showered a lot of love on (Sachchidananda Parabrahman) Dr Athavale.

Seekers from India and abroad are present at this Sanatan event. The glory being accorded to Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale and Sanatan’s mission is truly the result of the grace of our Guru, Param Pujya Bhaktaraj Maharaj.

A line of one Hindi bhajan means :

‘With Your grace, O’ Kanhaiya (Shrikrushna) ! All my tasks are being accomplished;

You are the One who is doing everything, but I am getting the credit.’ 

This is precisely how we feel !
