Orders the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court

Madurai (Tamil Nadu) – The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has transferred the suicide case of a 12th standard student to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). While hearing a petition filed by Lavanya’s father, the Court passed the order. The petitioner appealed that he had lost faith in the investigation done by the Thanjavur Police. Hence, he demanded the transfer of the matter to the State Criminal Investigation Department or any other agency.
