Unanimous demand at the National ‘Kashmiri Hindu Convention’ held in Jammu

Rehabilitating Kashmiri Hindus will send a strong message that Hindus can survive and thrive even in regions like Bengal and Kerala. Else, just like Kashmir, these States too may slip out of Hindu hands – and India’s – in a few decades. It’s time to accept this harsh truth.
Jammu (J&K) – The National-level Kashmiri Hindu Convention, organised by Youth for Panun Kashmir, was held in Jammu on 13th July. This historic One-day Convention concluded with the unanimous adoption of the ‘Jammu Declaration’, which demanded the formation of a Union Territory called ‘Panun Kashmir’ by 19th January 2026, and urged the Government of India to take decisive action.
It firmly stated that the creation of ‘Panun Kashmir’ would be the first step towards establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’. This is the first major Convention of Kashmiri Hindus since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019.
‘One India Campaign 2’ with a coalition of over 400 devout Hindu organisations
Youth for Panun Kashmir announced the start of the historic cultural movement ‘One India Campaign 2’, with a coalition of over 400 Hindu organisations, youth groups, and spiritual sects. The campaign will reach every village, District and State capital in India to create a unified force for a separate Homeland for Kashmiri Hindus and the restoration of Dharma.
Panun Kashmir is not political bargaining, but a just and cultural mandate
Dr Agnishekhar, Mr Ranjit Savarkar and Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain strongly asserted that ‘Panun Kashmir’ is not a matter of political bargaining but a cultural responsibility that India must fulfil to protect Dharma and justice.
Foundation of ‘Hindu Rashtra’
Chaired by Mr Vitthal Chaudhary, a panel discussion took place on ‘Panun Kashmir : Foundation of Hindu Rashtra’, featuring Mr Pramod Muthalik, Mr Ramesh Shinde, Mr Arjun Sampath, Mr Rahul Kaul and Dr Rajsingh Shekhawat.
Key demands in the ‘Jammu Declaration’
1. Legal and constitutional recognition of the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus.
2. Immediate creation of the Union Territory of Panun Kashmir.
3. Complete protection and support for persecuted Hindus from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
It was warned that if these demands are not fulfilled, patriotic forces from across India will gather in Jammu, marking the beginning of the final phase of reclaiming their land.
| 1. Delivering justice to Kashmiri Hindus, the first victims of Islamic terrorism, will form the foundation of the future ‘Hindu Rashtra’.
2. A separate Union Territory called ‘Panun Kashmir’ must be carved out from the current Kashmir Valley. The ‘Hindu Rashtra’ must arise fearlessly, decisively, and irrevocably 3. Jammu has endured decades of injustice and political oppression, and its Hindu population is shrinking. Legal and administrative protection should be enshrined in the Indian Constitution to preserve Jammu’s identity, rights and development |
