People should not overly rely on such technology!
Speaking on OpenAI’s official podcast, Sam Altman said, “People have a lot of trust in ChatGPT. While that’s interesting, it’s not appropriate for people to overly rely on such technology. It can spread illusions or generate incorrect information. Internet users should approach this just as cautiously as they do with other technologies.”
An attempt is made for advertisers’ benefit!
Commenting on comparisons between ChatGPT and other platforms, Sam Altman said, “Other platforms try to alter user experiences for the benefit of advertisers. Today, you can no longer confidently say that you aren’t part of the advertising ecosystem. Therefore, users should question whether the content they are seeing is based on advertising or truly aligned with their interests.”
