Arjun’s inability to withstand Nayanamanohar Shrikrushna’s radiant Vishwaroop Darshan
Shrikrushna’s appearance is Nayanamanohar (Pleasing to the eyes). His child-form is even more enchanting. And yet, while in human form, when He manifested His radiant Vishwaroop (Cosmic form), Arjun could not bear it even for a few moments. This appearance was infinitely radiant.
The time for the manifestation of Shrikrushna’s Vishwaroop, in whom reside the Pancha-mahabhuta and Deities, is drawing near
Panchamahabhuta (The five Cosmic Principles) dwell on the thumb and the four fingers of Shrikrushna; Water (Kshirsagar – The celestial ocean) is His dwelling place; Agni (Fire) is His body; in every pore of His body are Deities, Sages, and assistants of Deities; His wrath is the blazing Sun; His calmness is the Moon; His ears are the Ashwini Kumars (Hindu twin Deities); His breath is Vayu (Absolute Air Principle); His command is obeyed instantly by Yogamaya (Divine illusory power), Kuber (Deity of wealth), and Varun (Deity of rain); His blink is night and opening of the eyes is day; chanting His Name with yearning eliminates calamity; His memory bestows Anand (Bliss), and forgetting Him brings sorrow. Such is the Vishwaroop Darshan of Shrikrushna. The time for His manifestation through the medium of Nature and war is drawing near.
Indications that the time for this Darshan is drawing near
The sounding of the conch through the Shankhnad Mahotsav and the hoisting of the Sanatan Dharma Flag on the Shankhnad Mahotsav-form chariot are signs that the time for the Vishwaroop Darshan is drawing near.
