Israel unanimously decides to respond to Iran’s attack on Israel

  • 17 Indian workers are on the Israel-linked ship captured by Iran; Indian government in talks with Iran for the release of the Indian workers

Tel Aviv (Israel) – Israel deciding to revenge Iran’s air- attack of 13 th April has had a meeting of the Israel’s war cabinet’s meeting on the second day. They have unanimously decided to respond to Iran’s attack, though they have not decided the date of the attack; reported the ‘Times of Israel’.

On the 13 th April at 3 p.m IST Iran attacked Israel with 300 drones and missiles. Israel stopped about 90% of the drones and missiles. There was a slight damage to Israels ‘Nevateam Air Force’ airfield in this attack. Iran has named this attack on Israel ‘operation true promise’. Israel had bombed Iran’s embassy in Syria on the 1 st of April. Iran’s 2 senior commanders and 7 workers of the ‘Revolutionary Guards’ were killed in this attack. Iran had vowed to take revenge for this attack.

Meeting of Iran and India’s External Affairs Ministers

Iran has taken custody of a ship belonging to an Israel millionaires’ company. This cargo ship was coming to India. It had 17 Indian sailors onboard. India’s External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar has begun talks with Iran’s External Affairs Minister Amir-Abdollahian for the release of these sailors. Dr Jaishankar said both countries should solve this issue calmly and diplomatically. Tehran will soon give permission for the Indian Officers to meet them near the Strait of Hormuz.
