- According to the information obtained from the media, the formal title of the child, who is said to have a twin, is the rebirth of the tenth Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa Rinpoché – the third most important spiritual leader in Tibetan Buddhism and the faith’s leader in Mongolia. The rebirth of the Buddhist Dharma Gurus has a special significance.
- The celebration event of the rebirth of the Dharma Guru was organised in Himachal Pradesh, where the Dalai Lama also stays. This event is said to possibly enrage the neighbouring country China. The Dalai Lama visited Mongolia in 2016. That time, China had criticised him. The Chinese Government had said that this has damaged the China – Mongolia relations.
