Establishment of the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ and the reason for Owaisi’s trauma

Saints, Ascetics and ordinary Hindus in our country consider India to be a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. The demand that India (Hindustan) be declared a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ officially is now gaining momentum. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President and MP, Advocate Asaduddin Owaisi is shell-shocked to see this unity of Hindus. So now he is reminding us of the Constitution Dr Ambedkar presented to our country.

Asaduddin Owaisi is an Advocate and has been an MP for many years, besides being the supremo of the AIMIM Party. He is good at reading between the lines. He does not want India to be declared a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. If it does become a ‘Hindu Rashtra’, it will spell doom for his ambition of transforming India into an Islamic Nation. This is precisely the reason for his trauma.

1. Outcome of the Nation’s ‘Secular’ identity

There are numerous activities synonymous with Muslims, such as terrorism, arson, rioting, shouting slogans such as ‘Pakistan Zindabad’, ‘Bharat Tere Tukade Honge (India, you will break up into pieces)’, opposition to Hindu festivals, ban on Hindus processions passing a mosque and many other things which are anti-National. Yet, Hindus should not raise their voice against these activities because this country is supposedly ‘Secular’.

Ever since Independence, or in fact, from much earlier, the Muslim community has played a separatist role. They consider themselves an Independent Nation. Asaduddin Owaisi exclaims adamantly, “Even if someone breaks our neck, we will not say Bharat Mata ki Jai”. And no one should comment on this; because, this country is supposedly ‘Secular’.

2. The Waqf Board’s steady progress towards establishing the Islamic Nation

Hindus are sharp enough to know that in the name of secularism, Muslims have a secret plan to destroy Hindus, Hindu culture and Hindu Dharma. The Muslim Waqf Board is slowly and surely transferring not only Government land, but all the land in the country to its own name. Their action is the commencement of the movement towards establishing the Islamic Nation.

The declaration of the establishment of the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ is the response of organised Hindu society to their plot. Muslims should not forget that just as Hindus are Sahishnu (Tolerant), they are also Jayishnu (Always victorious).

3. … in that case why didn’t Owaisi remember that the country is secular ?

The murder of lakhs of Hindus by the Jihadi Muslims in Kashmir, their demonic tendencies and the then Government turning a blind eye to their woes, forced the Kashmiri Hindus to flee Kashmir. Owaisi did not remember that this country is secular when the Kashmiri Hindus were in distress.

4. The separatist stance of Muslims is troubling the Hindus

Hindus have often experienced that Muslims defy the historical traditions of this country. Their vandalism of the Amar Jawan Jyoti, the 1857 memorial in Mumbai, being adamant about not singing the National song ‘Vande Mataram’, their fondness for foreign Muslim invaders such as Aurangzeb and Afzal Khan rather than for local heroes such as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, are enough to show that the Muslims are distancing themselves from the national stream. Hindu society will not be able to breathe comfortably if this separatist stance is not eradicated.

5. Using Constitutional rights for anti-National acts amounts to treason

The Constitution of India does not say that the Hindu community should not practice their Dharma. It has also authorised the citizens to take suitable measures for their own protection. Secularism does not mean that the majority should suffer harassment at the hands of the minority. Nor does the Constitution say that the majority should ignore and remain silent about the anti-National acts of the minority community.

The Constitution gives full freedom to everyone to practice their own religion. Additionally, every citizen has been given full freedom to protect the country – bestowed on the citizens as part of their duty. By ignoring the duties and using only constitutional rights to commit an anti-National act amounts to treason. How can Owaisi, who is a constitutional expert and legal scholar, not realise this ?

6. ‘Hindu Rashtra’ is required to curb the divisive mentality of Muslims

Akbaruddin Owaisi was seen taking many jibes at Hindu Deities while openly challenging Hindus for their survival if the Police is removed for 15 minutes. Under which provision in the Indian Constitution is such vile bragging allowed ? In order to curb this divisive mentality with such a background, the Hindu community is left with no other option but to transform India into a ‘Hindu Rashtra’.

7. Reason why Owaisi remembers the Constitution now

In their capacity as citizens of the country, the majority of society should strive to free India from the menace of ‘Love Jihad’, ‘Land Jihad’ and many other types of Jihad. The majority Hindu community should be able to live safely and proudly in India. This is the right given by Mother Nature to the majority Hindu community. The Constitution does not oppose it either. It cannot be said that Owaisi, who is an Advocate, is not aware of this right of the Hindus.

The dream of establishing an Islamic Nation by interpreting a contradictory meaning of the word secular and oppressing the majority Hindus, will not be realised. It is this fear for which Owaisi is now reminding us about the Constitution of the country.

8. Rather than interpreting secularism, loyalty to the Nation is obligatory

There is an urgent need to explain the exact meaning of the word ‘Secularism’ to Asaduddin Owaisi. Secularism or atheism do not mean that a minority community can harass the majority.

Besides, in the name of his religion, no one is above the restrictions placed by the country. Secularism gives more importance to the Nation than religion. A secular country cannot be governed on the guidelines of some religious Scriptures. Everyone should follow their own religion.

It is absolutely necessary for the followers of every religion to take care that while practising their religion they do not harm the freedom, sovereignty, peace and law and order of the Nation. Not causing harm to the Nation is the duty of every citizen. Owaisi should remember that performing namaz on the roads by ignoring the traffic rules is not compatible with secularism.

The freedom of expression enshrined in our Constitution is not the prerogative of only the minority community. The majority community has the same freedom of expression as the minority; but, Muslims simply do not believe that Hindus have this freedom of expression. Owaisi better realise that such behaviour has no place in secularism. Hence, he should desist from interpreting secularism as per his whims and fancies. Instead, he should be loyal to this Nation.

As a citizen of India, he should accept that the historical tradition of this country belongs to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Arya Chanakya, Prithviraj Chavan, Maharana Pratap, Banda Bairagi and not Afzal Khan, Aurangzeb or any other foreign invader.

8. Danger to the country from the followers of ‘Ghazwa-E-Hind’

It is the national duty of every citizen of India to oppose the Muslims of foreign countries, who try to enter India illegally and obtain citizenship here. Insisting on giving citizenship to Muslim infiltrators and taking their side, is an attempt to increase the population of Muslims for the goal of transforming India into an Islamic Nation – this is no longer a hidden secret.

This country is in danger from all those who set the goal of ‘Ghazwa-E-Hind (Attempts by Islamist groups to conquer India)’ for the Muslim community and strive to achieve it. If the Hindus are struggling to protect the country from all these, then this is within their constitutional rights. The Constitution does not say ‘do not protect the Nation’. Asaduddin Owaisi, who is a constitutional expert and a legal scholar, better take this into consideration.
