Mysuru (Karnataka) – Three workers of Popular Front of India (PFI) have been arrested by National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the murder case of the leader of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Praveen Nettaru in Karnataka. They were arrested in Sulya; their names are Shafi Bellare, Iqbal Bellare and Ibrahim Shah. Iqbal Bellare is a member of Panchayat in the village, whereas Shafi is state secretary of the PFI’s political wing, ‘Socialist Democratic Party of India’.
The NIA arrested three Popular Front of India (PFI) workers in Bengaluru and Dakshina Kannada district in connection with the killing of BJP Yuva Morcha member Praveen Nettaru.

1. Search is going on for PFI’s Mohammad Mustafa, Tufail, Umar Farooq and Abu Bakar Siddiqi in Nettaru’s murder case. Rs 5 lakh reward has been announced by NIA for the informer of Mohammad Mustafa, Tufail and 2 lakh for Umar Farukh.
2. Praveen Nettaru was murdered outside his shop in Bellare on 26.7.2022. Zakir and Shafik have been already taken into custody.
