No one has been arrested yet !
New York – The Gandhi statue in the campus of Shri Tulsi temple in Queen’s County in South Richmond Hill was vandalised on 18th August. After that, the words ‘grand pee’ and ‘dog’ were written there in bold letters to express their hatred for Hindus. 6 people were involved in the vandalism who ran away after the act. No one has been arrested yet on this matter. This act of vandalism has happened for the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks. The culprits were speaking in Hindi as informed by the witnesses.
Second attack and destruction of #GandhiStatue at a Hindu temple in New York meets the legal definition of a hate crime and must be investigated as such, says HAF’s @SuhagAShukla.
