Why do they seek to avail facilities from the Government under the pretext of minority, instead of nurturing their children by themselves ? Why did the Muslims there not oppose the law at that time and why the Muslims in the rest of the world did not speak in their support ? Why doesn’t Barq and his party protest openly against the persecution of Uighur Muslims in China even today ?

Sambhal (UP) – Samajwadi Party MP Shafiqur Rahman Barq has heavily criticised the Population Control Bill drafted by the UP Government. He said, ‘It is Allah who gives birth to everyone and takes care of them. Whether the person is poor or rich, he gets nourished. It is inappropriate to oppose this process by interfering with it. It will cause harm. This law is not in the public interest’.

MP Barq’s remarks against the law

1. Where will India get the manpower in case of war if people are not allowed to procreate? (When India is under attack, it is predominantly Hindus who fight. On the other hand, Indians know very well who are involved in anti-national activities. So, Barq should not worry about the attack On India – Editor)

2. BJP has not given anything to the people. Now they are trying to harass people through this law.
