Police register case following protest by relatives

Amroha (UP) – The family of a victim of forced conversion staged a sit-in protest outside the ‘Sai Jeevandan’ hospital in Amroha district, alleging that the Muslim owner of the hospital had converted a Hindu nurse and married her. Following this, the police registered a case against the accused owner. The young woman worked at the hospital, and her marriage had already been arranged. Upon learning of the impending marriage, the accused hospital owner first instigated the groom’s family and then absconded with the young woman. The police are currently searching for the missing woman.

Hospital staff threatens to force the victim’s father to recite the Kalma and convert him to Islam

The Muslim man had been running the ‘Sai Jeevandan’ hospital using a fake identity. Relatives alleged that when the victim’s parents arrived to inquire about her, hospital staff threatened and abused the girl’s father. They reportedly said, “Get out of here, or else we will teach you the *Kalma* right here and convert you into Muslims.” (Such a hospital should be shut down and the staff should be jailed – Editor) The relatives have also alleged that the hospital serves as a hub for ‘Love Jihad’ and cow slaughter.
