
Teaching : All thoughts are, in reality, undesirable. The only desirable thought is the thought that ‘I will not think’ !
Explanation : All thoughts arising from the conscious mind, subconscious mind and intellect are referred to as undesirable thoughts, since they arise from Prakruti (Basic nature). The thought ‘I will not think’, is the right thought.
It is only upon dissolution of the conscious mind, subconscious mind and intellect, that one experiences the Atmatattva (Soul principle).
