Work is underway to build a grand Temple of Prabhu Shriram in Ayodhya; however, other Deities including Shriram are still being insulted in our country through various means. The Government should enact strict laws to prevent this.

Mumbai – Mangalam Organics Limited, a Kumbhiwali-based company that manufactures and sells camphor, resin and Sodium Acetate is still insulting Prabhu Shriram by showing Him taking a selfie in an advertisement of ‘Mangalam Karpur’ product.

This advertisement has not been removed by the company from various TV channels even though it has been legally opposed by devout Hindus for some months now. Therefore, Hindus have started protesting again.

In the advertisement, a person in the guise of Shriram is shown taking a selfie, and his mother calls him and reminds him to bring camphor. This person then goes to a shop to buy camphor. Seeing this person’s dress, the shopkeeper gives him ‘Mangalam Karpur’ placed in a vault. After this, both of them take selfies with ‘Mangalam Karpur’.

Devout Hindus whose religious sentiments have been hurt by this advertisement in the following ways.

Protest against anti-National and anti-Dharma incidents with restraint !

The main objective in protesting against anti-Hindu elements is to bring about an ideological change in them. Therefore, any protest should be at the ideological level on the strength of relevant theoretical points. Here, the expansive perspective should be to bring the erring individual onto the right path by pointing out his mistake.
