Moga (Punjab) – Youth Congress leader, Varun Joshi was charged with rape of a nurse and for extortion. He blackmailed the nurse with an exposure of compromising photographs and extorted Rs. 4 lakh from her. The police registered a case against him. Varun Joshi is absconding.
