An offence registered against Sambit Patra, BJP’s National Spokesperson, for his objectionable tweets on Nehru and Rajiv Gandhi

New Delhi – An offence has been registered against BJP’s National Spokesperson, Sambit Patra, in Chattisgarh’s capital city Raipur for issuing photographs and offensive tweets against two former Prime Ministers Nehru and Rajiv Gandhi.

The President of the State Youth Congress, Purnachand Padhi, has filed this complaint. The complaint has been registered under sections promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, etc. and hurting religious sentiments.
