Unauthorised Muslim vegetable vendor arrested in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, for objectionable remarks about Hindu Deities

Ulwe (Maharashtra) – Police in Navi Mumbai have arrested a person identified as Mohammad Ansari for allegedly making objectionable remarks about Hindu Deities in the Sadguru Chowk area of Ulwe. Ansari was reportedly selling vegetables in the area without authorisation. According to reports, a Hindu youth had gone to purchase vegetables from him when Ansari allegedly made offensive remarks about Deities. The youth recorded a video of the incident.
