
New Delhi – An incident has come to light in Narela, Delhi, where a 4-year-old girl was abducted and raped. The police have registered a case under relevant sections of rape and the POCSO Act and arrested the accused, Rizwan.
The victim lives with her family in the Narela industrial area. Her family used to send her to a nearby madrasa to learn Urdu. On December 3rd, she was going to the madrasa. On the way, Rizwan, who was intoxicated, lured her and took her along to the second floor of a building and raped her. People became aware of the incident due to the girl’s cries. The girl has been admitted to the hospital.
