  • Five swords, a gun and seven sharp weapons confiscated from mastermind Sikandar Alam

Bhubaneswar (Odisha) – A gang giving shelter to Bangladeshi infiltrators in India and getting illegal things done from them was exposed by the Police two days back. Sikandar Alam alias Siko, the mastermind of this gang has now been arrested. Many suspicious papers were seized from the accused. His younger brother Abdul Motalif Khan aka Tiki has also been arrested at Khordha.

1. Sikandar Alam built hutments at Berhampur in Jagatsinghapur district as informed by the Police. (It is shameful for the Police and Administration. People will feel what were they doing till such big construction was being built ? – Editor) Around 30 Bangladeshi citizens ran away as the Police raided the slum area.

2. Search is going on even for them. The Administration took immediate action and removed all unauthorised structures built on the Government land including Siko’s concrete pucca house of ten rooms and seven huts.

3. Police recovered five swords, a gun and seven sharp weapons from Siko’s house. The Police are investigating the source of funds received by Alam for operating such illegal network of Bangladeshi infiltrators.
