Exposing the Conspiracy of ‘Hindu Terrorism’ - Conspirators Must Be Punished : Ramesh Shinde

“In a historic verdict on 31^st July 2025, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Special Court acquitted all the accused in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case. With this verdict, the malicious and politically motivated narrative of ‘Hindu / Saffron Terror’ propagated by the Congress has been thoroughly exposed. Merely because they were Hindus, patriots like Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Lt. Col Purohit, Major Upadhyay, Sudhakar Chaturvedi, Sameer Kulkarni, and Ajay Rahirkar were imprisoned for years without evidence. They were subjected to brutal physical and mental torture. It was not merely an injustice against these individuals, it was a larger, calculated effort to defame the entire Hindu society. Hence, the case must not be closed here. Those who conspired to label Hindus as terrorists must now face strict legal punishment”, demanded Mr Ramesh Shinde (National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti), after the Court verdict.

Mr Shinde further said that the term ‘Hindu Terror’ was infamously coined by the then Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde, who later publicly admitted it was a mistake. However, the critical question remains on whose instructions did he use this term ? Who were the real masterminds of this dangerous narrative to defame Hindus ? Action must also be taken against them.

“It must also be remembered that Wikileaks cables had revealed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi telling the US Ambassador that Hindu terrorism is a bigger threat to India than Pakistan-backed Islamic terror. Such irresponsible and damaging statements painted Hindus as a threat in the eyes of the global community. All those involved in falsely branding Hindus as terrorists, framing patriots in fabricated cases, and abusing their power under the guise of investigation must be identified and brought to justice. Only then will real justice be served”, Mr Shinde said.
