Pandharpur, 7thJuly – During the ‘Ashadhi-wari’, pieces of meat were thrown at Warakaris in Pune. Various organisations are intruding in the ‘Wari’. After speaking the truth in one programme, I received threats; my effigies were burnt. Someone or the other is continuously attacking Dev (God), Desh (Nation) and Dharma. The mastermind should be found and action should be taken against them. It is not right to quietly watch the injustice and oppression happening in front of us. We never had the policy of letting others slap us but such policy was thrust upon us. We have to be always on the side of truth, Dharma and justice even if we have to sacrifice our lives for them, was the guidance given by Mahant Guruvarya Param Pujya  Ramgiri Maharaj while addressing the Warakari Mega-Convention held on 06.07.2025 organised by Sadguru Shri Gangagiri Maharaj Muth, to take up various issues related to Warakaris. The convention was attended by 2000 Warakaris and Hindu devotees.  After the brilliant guidance by Saints, Mahants and other dignitaries, a warning was given to ANiS, the so-called progressive factions and communists, taking out ‘Samvidhan Dindi’ and intruding in the ‘Dindi’ of Warakaris that they would be given an apt reply if Hindu Dharma was criticised. Shiv Sena’s MLA Dr Manisha Kayande was specially honoured for her raising the issue in State Legislative Council, of the intrusion in the ‘Wari’ by naxalites, communists, etc. It was also resolved to extend strong support to Mahant Guruvarya Param Pujya Ramgiri Maharaj for the mission of the protection of Dharma.
