O’ Hindus ! To survive the adverse times, perform sadhana and get trained in self-defence as well !

On the auspicious day of Guru Purnima, Gurus (Spiritual guides) bestow their blessings on seekers and disciples so that they progress spiritually through appropriate sadhana (Spiritual practice). However, we are now in the adverse times, which make it more difficult to perform sadhana. In the coming months, the intensity of the crisis is expected to increase. Natural disasters, wars, and civil unrest will severely disrupt daily life.

In such times of adversity, if one survives, then only can sadhana continue with the physical body. As per a Sanskrut proverb – ‘शरीरमाद्यं खलु धर्मसाधनम् ।’ (Meaning : The body is indeed the primary instrument for abiding by Dharma.) Therefore, preserving one’s life during these adverse times will become essential for seekers and disciples.

According to Bhaktiyoga (Path of Devotion), Shrikrushna assures – ‘न मे भक्तः प्रणश्यति ।’ (Shrimadbhagawadgeeta, 9.31) (Meaning : My devotee shall never perish.) Yet, Karmayoga (Path of Action) teaches that one must act to avoid destruction. Hence, Hindus must strive to safeguard their lives in these adverse times by following Bhaktiyoga as well as Karmayoga.

In the present times, besides devotion unto God, it is essential to acquaint ourself with self-defence techniques such as karate and stick-wielding. Therefore, O’ Hindus ! Begin to acquaint yourself with self-defence techniques from now itself and be prepared to use these to survive during the adverse times.

Once the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ is established after this period of adversities, Hindus will be able to engage in intense sadhana through the physical body, and rapidly progress spiritually.

Perform sadhana (Spiritual practice), since only selfless Hindus who have a seeker-attitude can establish the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ !

The establishment of the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ is an act of reinstating Dharma. The Pandavs and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, who were devotees of God, were able to reinstate Dharma because they were seekers who had a high spiritual level. Only those who have seekership are selected by God and the Guru to accomplish such great missions. Seekership means imbibing Divine qualities for performing sadhana (Spiritual practice) and eliminating all the personality defects. Seekership develops only after performing quality sadhana under the guidance of a Guru.

The process of establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ is not political or geographical. It is an entirely spiritual process aimed at achieving universal welfare. Only selfless Hindus who have a seeker-attitude, who experience the Divine Principle in every action and who think of the benefit of the whole Universe, can establish the ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Hence, O’ Hindus ! Develop seekership by performing sadhana under the guidance of spiritually accomplished Saints. God and the Guru will definitely get the noble task of establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ accomplished through us.

This year’s Guru Purnima is being celebrated during a war-like situation. Sanatan Sanstha has performed a Shatachandi Yajna for India’s victory in the war.

Many Saints across the country are performing spiritual and religious rituals, etc. for India’s victory. Now, we too must prepare ourselves at the physical level (by staying alert, helping each other), mental level (by stabilising the mind through auto-suggestions), and spiritual level (by praying, chanting God’s Name, increasing devotion).

Jagadguru Shrikrushna has already said – ‘I will protect my devotee’. So, become a devotee of God. For this, take the help of Sanatan’s seekers.

Keep in mind that the only solution to external crises like war and all of India’s internal problems is the ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Let your Guru Purnima offering at the Guru’s Holy feet be in the form of a firm and devotional resolve – You will determinedly take steps for the establishment of the ‘Hindu Rashtra’.
