Seminar on Waqf Board Law

Dombivali, 20th April – For the past so many years, we have been so eager to prove ‘Hindu-Muslim ‘Bhai-Bhai’; but Hindu-Muslims can never be ‘Bhai-Bhai’ in reality. Basically, Muslims are using different media to make India an Islamic country. They are trying every way such as Love Jihad, Halal Jihad, Land Jihad, etc besides rise in population, to accomplish their goal. We have to therefore, keep this in mind and extend support to various drives undertaken by the Government related to protection of Dharma and nation. It is our duty. We have to conduct workshops to teach the coming generation our history and law and make them fearless, stated the renowned writer and orator Mr Durgesh Parulkar in a seminar held on 18.04.2025 at Aditya Mangal Karyalaya at Dombivali on the topic ‘To understand Waqf Board Law….. ’. The other dignitaries who shared the dais with him were writer and ‘Pravachankar’ Dr Sachchidananda Shevade and Mr Satish Kocharekar, a spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS).
Mr Durgesh Parulkar further stated …
India and Pakistan separated after partition; but Hindus were displaced from other parts of the country to save their lives against the aggression of Muslims.
Muslims had said at the time of partition that ‘Hasake Liya Pakistan; Ladake Lenge Hindustan (We got Pakistan on a platter and we will fight to take Hindustan)’. Today, we are undergoing the same situation because we never learnt from our history.
Shriram and Shrikrushna never ran away from the difficult situations they were in. In fact, they planned their strategy, attacked their enemies and destroyed them. We, however, keep only lamenting, and don’t fight. We have to learn to fight against the imminent situation.
Positive things from Supreme Court hearing were never brought forth – Dr Sachchidananda Shevade, writer and ‘Pravachankar’

Hearing on the ‘Waqf Amendment Bill’ was held in the Supreme Court. No stay order has been passed in this connection. All are trying to interpret the hearing in their own way and presenting it before people to suit themselves; therefore, we get to know only limited things and take them to be correct; but a few positive things happened during the hearing which didn’t reach or were purposely stopped from reaching us. We start believing in something when the thing is told to us ten times without knowing whether it is true or false or by misleading us; like after partition Muslims went to Pakistan and Hindus came to India. Before those Hindus could take Muslims places, the then Government formed a Board and rules. The Government in Pakistan, however, didn’t make any laws or formed boards for Muslims going there. Even after partition, some Muslims stayed back in India and they were deliberately appeased by the Congress Government and we are experiencing its effects for the past several years.
Staging riots against ‘Waqf Amendment Bill’ is a kind of litmus test – Satish Kocharekar, Spokesperson, HJS

A lot of misinformation is being spread against Waqf Amendment Law, leading to staging of riots in different parts of the country. These riots are like a litmus test (Litmus test is used for determining only one ingredient i.e. attitude, incident or situation) The effects of riots are observed and used by the terrorists, fanatics to plan their strategy. The riots in Murshidabad are its latest example. Hindu women were seen begging to fanatics to leave alone their husbands and children at the cost of getting raped. Such incidents are rising in different parts of the country day by day. Hindu unification is required at an extensive scale to oppose such things. It also shows whether the Waqf Board is really required. We have to study the start of Waqf and its history and understand the need for amendment and its effects in future. Do not ignore this law like any other general law.
