Hindus are secure in Uttar Pradesh and so are Muslims : Yogi Adityanath

He also made it clear that everyone will get response in the language they understand

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) – Yogi Adityanath recently interviewed by ANI (Asian News International), a news agency. He was asked whether Muslims are safe in his State. Yogi stated that Muslims are the safest in Uttar Pradesh. Muslims as well as Hindus both have been secure in his State. He further stated that any wrong action by anyone would be replied with the language that person understands.

Important issues presented by Yogi Adityanath

India has to be alert to avoid similar things happening in India which happened in Bangladesh and Afghanistan.

Regarding Hindus’ tolerance, he said that a Muslim family staying among 100 Hindu families is always safe. They have freedom to perform their religious acts; but are 50 Hindu families staying in a Muslim colony safe ? The answer is no. Bangladesh is a good example of it. Earlier, Pakistan was also its example. What happened in Afghanistan ? When we see injustice done to others, we have to be alert before we face a similar situation.

Has Waqf Board done any welfare work ?

Yogi Adityanath also expressed his views on the ongoing row over Waqf Board and lands grabbed by it. He questioned whether the Waqf Board has done any welfare activity for people. There is not a single good work to report. Are we to give any land to the Waqf Board just because the Board demands it ? Should we agree to whatever they say ? It has been happening for many years. What kind of an order is it ? Some recommendations have been received for amendment to Waqf Law. It is the biggest need of the hour. Everyone must think over this issue.

Samajwadi Party members worship Aurangzeb and Babar

Aurangzeb is the ideal of Samajwadi Party, stated Yogi Adityanath. Are these people going to teach us about Maharana Pratap, Maharana Sanga, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Guru Govind Singh, etc ? These people worship Aurangzeb and Babar. Mohammad Ali Jina is their ideal.

Mathura matter is sub judice, else it would have been a different story

Yogi Adityanath specified that the mosque issue at Mathura is presently pending in court and the Government has been following the court’s orders; else, many things would have happened there in a different way. He assured that his Government has been doing everything as per the law.  

Editorial Perspective

Patriotic and devout Hindus feel that rulers from other States should learn from Yogi Adityanath and take similar action; but for that to happen, they will have to perform spiritual practice as it will create pride for their Dharma, courage, strength and fearlessness in them.
