Foreign Tourists Being Converted in Afghanistan

Converted tourists may engage in terrorist activities in their home countries

Kabul (Afghanistan) – Reports have emerged that citizens from various countries visiting Afghanistan have recently converted to Islam. Leading intelligence agencies worldwide have begun taking this matter seriously, suspecting that it could be a part of a larger conspiracy.

According to intelligence agencies, many tourists visiting Afghanistan are converting to Islam. This includes citizens from countries like Ireland and Japan.

Recently, in the village of Dare Takht, located in the Shahrukh district of Afghanisthan’s Ghor province, a young Christian tourist from Ireland was converted to Islam in the presence of local elders and the Taliban administration. He was given the name ‘Abdullah’. Similarly, in Kabul, a Japanese tourist also embraced Islam and the locals organized a feast in his honour.

What is China’s Strategy ?

A senior intelligence officer stated that China is implementing a policy where its citizens are encouraged to convert to Islam and obtain Afghan citizenship. But it remains unclear why citizens of other countries are doing the same. Reports suggest that every tourist visiting Afghanistan is invited by officials and locals to embrace Islam.

Intelligence Agencies to Keep a Watch on Converts

Intelligence agencies suspect a larger conspiracy behind these conversions. They fear that individuals who have converted to Islam may be used for terrorist activities upon returning to their home countries. As a result, intelligence agencies will closely monitor these individuals. Security agencies in their respective countries will investigate the circumstances under which they converted to Islam.
