Incident in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh !

Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh) – The sudden death of a couple in a relationship – a Hindu boy and a Muslim girl – has created a stir in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. The 18-year-old Muslim girl and the 21-year-old Hindu boy had been in love for a few years, though the girl’s family strongly opposed their relationship. Both were found dead, hanging from a ceiling fan.
Six months ago, their relationship had come to the attention of the Siyana Police Station. Inspector Premchand Sharma reported that in May 2024, the couple had eloped. Following this, the girl’s family accused the Hindu boy of kidnapping. He was subsequently arrested and had to spend a month in jail.
Regarding this incident, Bulandshahr Superintendent of Police Shankar Prasad stated that both were found hanging in a room. Their bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination. Complaints have been filed by both families, and an investigation by the police is underway.
