The Court slams petitioner Muhammad Khaliullah stating there is no truth in his petition

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – The Karnataka High Court has dismissed a PIL filed against BJP leaders in the State. These leaders were accused of making hate speeches. The petition demanded action against several senior leaders of the State including MP Renukacharya, C.T. Ravi, Tejaswi Surya, Pratap Simha etc. The Court rebuked the petitioner Muhammad Khaliullah. A bench headed by Chief Justice N.V. Anjaria, while hearing the matter, said that these allegations are very normal and have no truth. This petition is politically motivated.
