
Islamabad (Pakistan) – ‘After the attack in Pulwama in Kashmir in 2019, India decided to impose a 200% duty on imports from Pakistan. It also stopped Kashmir bus service and trade with Pakistan’, informed Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan in the Pakistani parliament. Dar was responding to a question by People’s Party MP Sharmila Faruqui. Faruqui had sought information on the trade challenges faced by Pakistan about India.
