There is no difference in the spiritual state of seekers doing spiritual practice (Sadhana) based on their gender. Spiritual level increases rapidly in those who diligently and consistently does the right spiritual practice.
‘An individual is spiritually benefited by having bath with water to which rock salt or cow’s urine (Gomutra) are added’.
Women can wear a saree at least while at home to derive spiritual benefit.
