Due to heavy rainfall in the State for the last few days, seven people died in landslides in Cachar District, seven in Hailakandi District, and six in Karimganj District.
At least 72 persons have died in West Bengal so far due to the cyclone ‘Amphan’, as per the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
