Why does someone have to make such a demand ? Why did none of the Governments ruling for 74 years after Independence make such an inquiry ? The Central Govt should bring out the truth by establishing a committee without wasting any time.
It is shameful that to date, all the successive Governments since Independence have not been able to find a solution for the problem.
