Big fish let off in Shri Ram Temple donation theft case !

Bareilly : Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati alleged that only junior employees have been booked

Sambhal (Uttar Pradesh) – Reacting to the registration of a case in connection with the alleged theft of donations from the Shri Ram Temple, Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati of Jyotish Peeth alleged that only the names of junior employees had been included in the case, while the influential people responsible for the theft had been let off. He was speaking to reporters after his ongoing ‘Go Dharma Yatra’ reached Sambhal.

Shankaracharyas, religious leaders, saints, mahants and priests were kept away from the trust !

Shankaracharya said, “What can one say about the theft of donations ? From the very beginning, arbitrary decisions have been taken regarding the Shri Ram Temple. Neither the scriptures nor the Vedas nor the advice of religious leaders was followed. The trust was constituted by including people chosen by political leaders, while Shankaracharyas, religious leaders, saints, mahants and priests were kept away. Had everything been done honestly, the trust could have been entrusted to the four Shankaracharyas, Ramanandacharya and other religious leaders. Instead, trusted political associates were appointed, which makes the original intention clear.”

Major thefts are committed by influential people !

Referring to the case registered in connection with the donation theft, Shankaracharya said, “We have heard that a case has been registered against those who counted the currency notes. They merely straightened the notes taken out of the donation boxes, counted them and bundled them together. Tell us about the major theft that took place after that. Large-scale thefts are committed by influential people. No case has been registered against them. If there was any substance in the allegations, then at least on the very first day a case should have been registered, even if only against unknown persons. The fact that a case was registered only after an enquiry itself shows that there was something to investigate. Those who exposed the irregularities were merely discharging their duty.”

People should support candidates committed to Sanatan Dharma !

“If the BJP declares the cow as ‘Rajmata’, it stands to gain the most politically, yet it has not done so. If any other political party wishes to derive political benefit from our ‘Go Dharma Yatra’, we will not stop it. Voters should reserve their support only for ‘true’ candidates committed to Sanatan Dharma. Eventually, such an approach will give rise to an alternative political leadership.”
