Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) – Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ reached Varanasi on its 35^th day. At this time, he took Darshan of Shri Kashi Vishwanath. Later he also held a public meeting. Gandhi said that the hatred and violence spreading in the country is due to injustice. Social and economic injustice is being done to the farmer youth.

Gandhi added, “During the entire journey of this yatra, I did not see hatred anywhere. India is not a country of hate but of love. Only if everyone works together, the country will be strong. During the 4,000 km ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, I met farmers, workers, small traders and women. All of them told me their woes. Even the country’s billionaires are paying the same amount of tax as the poor. This is why we added the word ‘nyay’ in ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’. There are 2 Indias in the country. One is a billionaire and the other is poor. All the media are owned by Gautam Adani and Mukesh Ambani. They will never sympathise with farmers, laborers and poor.”
