1. The main accused, religious fanatic Ayaz Madare (26), was the victim’s classmate. He developed a close relationship with her, administered sedatives and sexually assaulted her. He recorded photographs and videos of the assault and threatened to circulate them. He repeatedly sexually exploited her and pressured her to convert to Islam and marry him.
The Maulana brought from Madhya Pradesh made inhuman attempts to forcibly convert the victim to Islam and conduct a nikah by performing black magic and Aghori rituals. Religious fanatic Amin Shaikh (30) also assisted in these acts. Out of fear, the victim concealed the harassment from her husband. However, when she received a threatening phone call from the accused while her husband was at home, she was compelled to reveal everything to him.
