(‘NEET’ means ‘National Eligibility cum Entrance Test’)

Akola – After the ‘NEET paper leak the examination is scheduled to be reconducted on 21 June. Against this backdrop, special precautions were taken to ensure that no untoward incident of any kind occurred during the transportation of the question papers.  The ‘NEET’ question papers have been brought to Akola’s Shivani airport by a special Indian Air Force Helicopter. From there they have been taken to a centre in a secure place. A police security arrangement had been put in place. The entire process was completed under the supervision of senior officers. The process is being carried out with the utmost confidentiality.

A multi-layered security arrangement has been put in place to ensure the security of the question papers. The centres will be under CCTV surveillance, entry will be strictly regulated, and security guards will be deployed round the clock.
