Demand for an investigation into donations received at the Shri Krishna Janmasthan in Mathura

  • Devout Hindu Dinesh Phalahari demands via letter written in blood to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

  • Warns of filing a petition in court if no inquiry is conducted

Mathura (Uttar Pradesh): While the investigation into the alleged theft from the donation boxes at the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya is underway, a demand has now been made for a CBI probe into donations received at the Shri Krishna Janmasthan in Mathura. Devout Hindu Dinesh Phalahari has written a letter in blood to Yogi Adityanath, demanding a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the temple’s donations. He also warned that if the government fails to initiate an inquiry, a petition will be filed before the Allahabad High Court. Notably, Phalahari himself has founded the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Nyas and is a litigant in the ongoing Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute.

Management Committee Members who once rode two-wheelers now travel in luxury cars worth crores?

In his letter, Phalahari alleged that whenever the temple donation boxes are opened, the CCTV cameras are switched off. He claimed that cash, jewellery, gold, silver, diamonds and other precious jewels are being misappropriated. According to him, members of the temple management committee who once travelled on two-wheelers now move around in luxury vehicles worth crores of rupees. They own bungalows, mansions, and farmhouses worth hundreds of crores and have also purchased land in Uttarakhand. The faith of millions of Hindu devotees is being exploited and this situation is deeply distressing. (If these allegations are true, this would amount to a grave and inexcusable offence. Devotees of Lord Krishna pray that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gives this matter priority and orders a thorough investigation. – Editor)
